- Paggamit ng mga nakatiwangwang na lupa lalo na sa kabukiran at tumutok sa kalakalang agrikultura.
BUKID or BIYAYANGBUKID will introduce legislation to help fund farmers cooperatives and for the government to help mechanize farming, introduce good seedlings and improve agricultural technology. One source of funds for farmers is the duties and taxes collected on agricultural imports. We will work that at least fifty percent (50%) of that shall automatically go to the farmers cooperative fund.
